Should The Finance Factory clients wish to free up capital, improve their balance sheet, overcome potential losses on disposal, eliminate costs in accounting for assets or just simply wish to implement a disciplined upgrade path, they may choose to take advantage of our Sale & Rent Back program.

Under this program, the funder will purchase the clients existing equipment at its written down value (as agreed to by you) and lease it back to your organisation over a period equivalent to the equipments remaining useful life.

This type of program is useful in special cases only and is subject to strict credit criteria.
